The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, showcasing a commitment to culinary innovation while honoring traditional techniques. The restaurant ambiance was warm and inviting, enhanced by the attentive yet unobtrusive service of Monique and her daughter, who run the hotel with genuine hospitality. For breakfast, fresh breads and local cheeses set me up for the day ahead. This charming establishment certainly merits a visit for those seeking a unique dining experience in a stunning setting.
